Slight delays
Howdy folks.
Sorry for the delay on this. I got bad news on Sunday. Kinda put me off. But that's a different topic. As of Sunday I was down 15 pounds. HOORAY! I did break my diet on Sunday. but i've been good since then. We'll see! I'm going to put more stuff on this blog in the next couple of weeks. I have stuff to say! Gotta run for now.
